This page explains, in plain language, what data Sennith handles on your behalf, which outside services help run the product, and how you stay in control of it. It's meant to help you understand your data — not to replace the formal legal documents.

What data Sennith processes

Sennith works with a few kinds of information:

• Your account details — the email you sign in with, and optional profile fields like your name, phone number, and profile picture.
• Your workspace and project content — the projects, updates, and settings you create.
• Your clients' details — names, email addresses, websites, and notes you add so updates reach the right people.
• Updates and messages — the progress updates that get generated and the emails sent to clients.
• Integration connections — when you connect an outside tool (like GitHub or Slack), Sennith stores the connection so it can receive events from it. These connections are kept until you disconnect the integration or delete the trigger.
• Billing details — if you subscribe, the email tied to your billing account and a record of billing events. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page and never pass through Sennith.
• Security activity — sign-ins and other security-relevant events (such as the approximate location and device of a login) so you can spot suspicious activity in your security settings.

Outside services that help run Sennith

To run the product, Sennith relies on a small number of trusted service providers. Some of your data is handled by them so they can do their job:

• Hosting (Vercel) — runs the application itself and handles incoming requests.
• Database, sign-in & file storage (Supabase) — securely stores your account, workspace, and project data, manages sign-in, and holds uploaded files.
• Email delivery (Resend) — sends the notification and system emails that go out to you and your clients.
• Payments (Stripe) — handles checkout, invoices, and the subscription/billing portal if you upgrade to a paid plan.

These are the services that actually receive data to process it on Sennith's behalf.

How long data is kept

Most of your data stays for as long as you keep using Sennith. Projects, clients, updates, and workspace content remain until you delete them or delete the workspace they belong to. Integration connections last until you disconnect them. When you delete your account, your account data is removed.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You — and, where it applies, your clients — have the right to access, correct, export, and delete personal data.

• Export your data. From your Privacy settings you can download all your data as a single ZIP file, including files, triggers, and workspaces. (For safety, passwords and connection tokens are never part of the export.)
• Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account from your settings. This removes your account data.
