Support & security

Reach support and lock your account down fast if you suspect it's compromised.

There's a dedicated support page that helps you react quickly if you ever suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, and it's where you'll find the current support contact.

Freeze your account

The fastest way to shut out an intruder is to freeze your account. This immediately signs you — and anyone else — out of every session on every device. Once frozen, only our support team can unfreeze it, so no one can slip back in while you recover.

Warning

Freezing signs you out everywhere right away. You'll need to contact support to unfreeze your account afterward, so only use it if you genuinely suspect unauthorized access.

Recovering your account

Freeze first if you suspect unauthorized access, using the button on the support page.

Contact support. Reach out to the support email shown on that page and we'll help you recover your account.

Secure it again. After you're back in, change your password and set up two-factor authentication once more.

Info

The support contact address is shown directly on the support page, so it's always the current one to use. For everyday questions and ideas, use Feedback instead.
