Profile & Settings
Your personal control panel and every tab it holds — profile, security, appearance, notifications, connections, plan, and privacy.
Your settings are your personal control panel — everything tied to you as an individual rather than to a workspace or organization. You reach it from your avatar in the top bar (Settings & Profile); it's organized into tabs across the top. Opening Profile simply lands you on the first tab of this same page. This page walks through every tab.
Profile
Your identity within Sennith — how teammates and, where relevant, clients see you:
- First name and last name.
- Phone number (optional).
- Avatar — upload a picture with Change, or Remove it to fall back to your initials.
Click Save to store changes. Your name and photo appear in the top bar and anywhere you're shown to your team.
Security
Everything about signing in safely lives here.
Email address
The address you sign in with and where important account notices are sent. To change it, enter the new address and confirm with your current password — a confirmation link is sent to the new address, and the change only takes effect once you open that link.
Password
For your protection, password changes are confirmed by email rather than done inline: request a reset link and follow it to choose a new password. If you ask too many times in a row you'll be asked to wait before trying again.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Adds a second step at sign-in using a code from an authenticator app.
You can Disable two-factor at any time; afterward your account is protected by your password alone.
Keep your backup codes somewhere safe and private. Each one works only once, and they're the way back into your account if your authenticator device is lost.
Passkeys
Sign in with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN — no password to type. Add one with Add passkey, give each device a recognizable name, and remove any you no longer use. A passkey sign-in also satisfies an active two-factor requirement, so you won't be asked for a separate code.
Security activity
A log of security-relevant actions on your account — 2FA changes, passkeys added or removed, sign-ins from new devices, email or password changes, data exports, and the like. Some entries may be marked as done by support.
Appearance
How the app looks and reads for you:
- Theme — Light, Dark, or System (follows your device setting).
- Language — the interface language: English or Deutsch.
Changes apply to you only, on every device you sign in from.
Notifications
Decide how you want to hear about the things that matter, per event.
- Channel settings — for each event, pick how you're notified: Off, Email, Push, or Both. Covered events include a new enquiry, a request assigned to me, one escalated to me, and when a client replied.
- Priority threshold — limit notifications to requests at or above a chosen urgency, so routine items stay quiet.
- Browser push — enable push to get notifications directly in your browser or on your home screen. Push-based choices above only deliver once push is enabled here.
On iPhone/iPad, add Sennith to your home screen first — that's what allows push notifications to be enabled.
Connections
Your own accounts and senders, kept under your personal identity:
- Integrations — connect and manage your outside accounts here. To actually use a connection inside a workspace, you add it from the workspace's Connections page.
- SMTP — manage your own sender profiles for outgoing email.
Connections here belong to you personally. Sharing one into a workspace makes it usable there without handing over ownership.
Plan
Your subscription and usage. Here you can see your current plan, review usage against its limits, and upgrade — choosing monthly or yearly billing (yearly is discounted). You can also change or cancel your plan.
On a Team or Enterprise plan the subscription is managed centrally by your organization, so this tab moves to the Organization page and shows there instead. If your plan is set by your organization, you'll be pointed to the owner to change it.
Privacy
Your data rights under GDPR.
- Export data — download everything as a single ZIP, including files, triggers, and workspaces. Passwords and connection tokens are not included.
- Import data — restore a previous export. This only works into an otherwise empty account, and connections (integrations, webhooks, SMTP passwords) need to be set up again afterward.
- Legal information — quick links to the imprint, privacy policy, and terms.
Danger zone
Irreversible account actions.
- Delete account — permanently removes all your data: projects, customers, updates, triggers, and email history. This cannot be undone, and you'll be asked to confirm before it happens.
Deleting your account is final. Export your data first from the Privacy tab if you might want it later.
