Dashboard

Your home screen — the overview, what needs you, recent activity, latest projects, and the sidebar navigation.

The dashboard is your home screen. It opens with a greeting and gives you a single, calm overview of everything happening across your projects — what needs your attention first, the latest activity, your most recent projects, and a few headline numbers. Everything you work with lives one click away in the sidebar.

Overview header

At the top you'll see a time-of-day greeting (good morning, afternoon, or evening) and a short line reminding you this is your current project overview. It's just an orientation strip — nothing to configure here.

Needs you

A short list of the things genuinely waiting on you right now. If there's nothing outstanding, it simply says you're all clear. When there is, you'll see up to four kinds of items, each a direct link to where you can act:

  • Messages open — client enquiries you haven't answered yet. Opens your Messages.
  • Emails waiting for approval — client updates sitting in your Outbox for a final check before they send.
  • SLAs breached — requests that have already passed their response deadline.
  • SLAs due soon — requests approaching their deadline.
Info

This panel is your daily starting point. Work top to bottom and it empties out — when it says "Nothing waiting on you," you're caught up.

Recent activity

A running feed of the latest updates across all your projects — a global stream, not limited to one project or workspace. Each entry shows:

  • The source it came from (an integration, or "Manual" if you wrote it yourself) and the time.
  • The update's headline and a one-line preview.
  • An Important tag when the update was marked as such.
  • Which project and workspace it belongs to.

Hover an entry to copy a direct link to that update, or jump straight to its project. If you haven't sent any updates yet, the feed tells you so.

Latest projects

A compact list of your most recently touched projects on the right, each showing the project name and its customer (or "No customer" if none is set). Click any project to open it, or use View all to go to your full projects list. New here? It nudges you to create your first project.

Key numbers

A strip along the bottom summarizes your account at a glance: active projects, updates sent, active triggers, and customers. These are read-only totals to give you a sense of scale.

The sidebar on the left is how you move around the whole app. It's grouped so related pages sit together:

  • Overview — the Dashboard (this page), shown as its own card at the top. It spans everything, independent of which workspace you're in.
  • WorkProjects and Customers.
  • AutomationConnections (link your outside tools), Templates (reusable update and email text), Files (your media library), and Outbox (client emails awaiting approval or already sent).
  • InboxMessages from your clients. A small badge shows how many are unread.
  • Analytics — usage and activity reporting.

Just below the Dashboard card sits the workspace switcher, which lets you jump between (or create) workspaces. Everything under it — Projects, Customers, Automation, and so on — always reflects the workspace you currently have selected.

Info

The sidebar can be collapsed to a slim icon-only rail to give you more room, and on smaller screens it slides away and opens on demand. A Feedback / Support button sits at the very bottom, and your account menu (with Settings & Profile and Log out) lives behind your avatar in the top bar.
