Outbox
Review and approve client emails before they're sent — the holding area for queued update mails, plus a trash for rejected ones.
The Outbox is a holding area for client emails that are waiting on your approval. When an update is set to go out via the outbox rather than sending directly, the email lands here so you can read it and decide before your client receives anything.
The queue
Emails waiting to be sent, newest first. A counter shows how many are waiting.
- Search by project, recipient, or subject.
- Filter by project and sort by date.
Emails belonging to the same update are grouped together, so you can act on the whole batch or on one recipient at a time. Click any email to open it and read the full content.
For each email — or a whole group — you can:
- Send it now.
- Reject it, which moves it to the trash instead of sending.
If a send fails, the email is flagged with the error so you can review and retry it.
Whether an update's email goes straight out or waits here is decided when you post the update or set up the trigger — choose "Email outbox" to route it through this review step.
Trash
Rejected emails collect in a Trash section at the bottom. From there you can view an email, restore it back into the queue, or delete all to clear the trash for good.
