Analytics

Usage and activity across your projects — page views, requests, response times, engagement, and which projects are quiet.

Analytics gives you a bird's-eye view of how your projects and client pages are doing — how much clients look at them, how many questions come in, and how quickly you respond.

Info

Analytics is a Sennith Pro feature. On a free plan the page explains what it offers with an upgrade prompt.

Filters

At the top you can narrow everything below:

  • Project / customer filter — focus on all projects, specific projects, or a customer.
  • Time range — choose the window the numbers cover.

Key numbers

A strip of headline figures for the selected range: page views, client requests received, your answer rate, median response time, and updates posted.

Views & updates over time

A timeline charting page views against the updates you posted, so you can see how activity drives attention.

Customer requests and response time

Two cards break down your client conversations:

  • Customer requests — how many came in, and how many are answered, open, urgent, or overdue.
  • Response time — your median and average time to a first public reply. Requests that never got a public reply aren't counted.

Engagement and silent projects

  • Engagement — views per update, so you can tell which projects earn the most attention for the updates you put in.
  • Silent projects — projects that have gone quiet, showing how long since their last update, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Top projects

A table ranking your projects by views, requests, updates, and an overall score, so the busiest work rises to the top.
